Soda Dam

The Soda Dam forms a natural bridge over the Jemez River north of Jemez Springs

Waterfalls are waterfalls…. Except for Soda Dam.  Travertine deposits, that are still growing today because of hot springs, have formed a walkable natural Bridge directly over the 10’ high falls… a unique phenomena.  Roadside parking along NM hwy 4 is a mile north of Jemez Springs.
